1. The service
Individual psychological counseling, person-centered orientation, sessions of 50 minutes, online (Zoom) or in person. Frequency as agreed, typically weekly or fortnightly.
2. Confidentiality and its limits
Everything disclosed in session is confidential, including the existence of the therapeutic relationship itself. The limits, required by law and professional ethics: serious and imminent risk to your life or another's; abuse or endangerment of a minor; a court order. Where disclosure is required, it is limited to the minimum necessary, and wherever possible you are informed first.
3. Fees and cancellation
Standard fee: 400 RON per session. A limited number of reduced-fee places exist; terms are agreed in the getting-to-know conversation. Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice: no charge. Within 24 hours: the session is charged.
4. Online sessions
Held on Zoom. You are responsible for a private space on your end; I guarantee one on mine. Sessions are never recorded by either party.
5. Data
This website stores no client data. Clinical notes are kept, are minimal, and are accessible to no one else. You may request their destruction at the end of therapy, within the limits of professional record-keeping obligations.
6. Ending therapy
You may end therapy at any time, without justification. I ask for, not require, one closing session, because endings done on purpose tend to hold better than endings that just happen.
