It needs a therapeutic relationship to be used well, so it opens with a passphrase. You receive it in session. Nothing is being sold behind this door.
Worry chews on the same problem endlessly; problem-solving eats it in steps. The worksheet takes you from “it’s too much” to one concrete step with a date on it.
At step 2, write the bad solutions down too. Seriously. 'I'll go live in the woods' unblocks the brain better than ten reasonable ones.
1. The problem, in one sentence
Concrete and in the present tense. "My life is chaos" can't be solved. "My money doesn't last to the end of the month" can.
2. Every solution that crosses your mind

3. Pick one and turn it into a plan
Press "Pick this one" on the winning solution above, then break it down:
4. After you try
Come back here after the first step. Did it work? What did you learn? If it didn't work, you still learned something. Pick another solution from step 2 and repeat.
